Domestic Shipping (Australia)

If you’re shopping from Australia, we’ve made shipping simple:

  • Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $200 AUD

  • $10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $200 AUD

Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on where you live and level of postage selected.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships, cue happy mailbox dance.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

If your country isn’t listed, get in touch at hello@protagonistmaison.com and we’ll confirm if we can make it happen.

International Duties & Taxes

    We do not collect international taxes or duties.

    Any duties, taxes, or import fees payable on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and may be required for your parcel to clear customs and be delivered. These fees are set by your local customs authorities.

    If import duties or taxes are not paid and your parcel is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for covering any return postage and re-delivery costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

    A signature upon delivery is required for all international shipments.

    Processing Times

    Orders are packed and dispatch within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    During new collection launches or special promotions, please allow an extra day or two while we carefully pack your order.

    Pre-Orders & Launch Items

    Dispatch times for limited releases and pre-orders will always be clearly noted on the product page.
