Store Credit Rewards

At Protagonist Maison, we believe in celebrating every step of your story. Our Store Credit Rewards program was created to give something back every time you purchase one of our pieces.

When you shop with us, you’ll automatically earn store credit on your purchases. There’s nothing to sign up for or claim - your credits are added to your account once your order is confirmed, ready to use toward your next outfit. You’ll receive reminders before they expire, so your future self never misses out.

Rewards are earned in tiers - the more you shop, the more you get back. Credits are earned on the subtotal of eligible items (excluding shipping and taxes) and don’t apply to gift-card purchases.

When you’re ready to redeem, your available credit balance appears automatically in your Customer Account and at checkout. Simply apply it to your next order - no codes or extra steps required. Store credits can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash, and they expire 120 days after issue, just in time for your wardrobe's next plot twist.

If you ever return an order paid with store credit, the credit you used will be re-issued to your account once your return is processed. Any credit earned on the refunded order will be cancelled automatically so your balance always stays accurate.
